Michele Vecchione’s son, Joseph, was diagnosed at two and a half years old with Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia and was treated by Tomorrows Children’s Fund until he was six. Ten years later, Michele’s son is 16 and thriving. Help save kids with cancer by donating to this incredible organization today. Help March reach our goal of $5,000.
Michele’s Story: “TCF is where my son was treated for ALL (Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia). He was diagnosed at 2.5 years old and treated there until he was 6. Everyone we dealt with during treatments, from clerical staff to nurses to doctors, were amazing people. I will forever credit them for saving my son’s life, all in a loving and compassionate manner. The exceptional treatment that Joseph received during his illness went well beyond the treatment of the disease itself and extended to his family. They understood the fear and uncertainty that everyone felt and always spoke of Joseph’s future in the most positive ways. They not only successfully treated Joseph for his leukemia, but also helped to heal the hearts, minds, and souls of all of us. There aren’t enough words to express the depth of my gratitude to everyone at Tomorrow’s Children.”
